A New Start
Why I decided to take a leap
I finally did it!
I quit my 9 to 5.
But why did I do it? Why did I make such a bold move without having any certainty about my online business?
Because from deep down I knew I had to.
In my job, I felt stuck in a rut. I wasn’t happy and I knew I needed a change.
I felt this urge. And was thinking about it for so long. And there I just did it. I went up to my boss and told him: “I quit!”
It’s done. It’s over.
My next chapter has arrived. My new adventure as I’d like to call it myself.
Taking this step has made me feel relieved. But not only that…
It also made me anxious.
What if things aren’t working out? What if I have to go back to this dreading 9 to 5? What if….? What if….?
STOP TELLING YOURSELF THESE LIES!
It’s okay to stress a little. Because you’re about to step into the unknown. You’re about to do something you’ve never done before.
And that’s why I took that leap. I had to get out there. Into the unknown.
Pushing my boundaries. To make myself stronger and more resilient for what has to come.
So if you’re feeling stuck or unhappy? Maybe it’s time to take that leap as well. I know it’s scary, but trust me, if you start making room for bigger things in your life they will come.
Ow and…
Growth happens in discomfort.
Start embracing it.
Here is what has helped me take this leap:
Trust your gut - If you feel deep down that you need a change, listen to it.
Prepare, but don’t overthink - It’s good to have a backup plan, but don’t let overthinking hold you back.
Embrace the unknown - Learn to accept that uncertainty if part of your journey. This is what makes it exciting.
I not only wanted to take this step. I needed to take it.
And I’m proud that I did.
It has pushed me to go all in on my business. And I’m more determined to make it work. Because you won’t ever see me work a 9 to 5 again.
Here I am starting this new exciting adventure. How exhilarating!
Im excited to share it all with you 😊
Are you with me?
Stay tuned for wayyyyy more.
Okay, gotta build now. I have big things ahead.
See ya next week,
Dani
